Quick read before you sign up — here's what you're agreeing to when you use Layerseven TV.

Welcome. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") cover how you use the Layerseven TV website at layerseveniptv.cam and our IPTV subscription service. When you sign up, start a trial, or pay for a plan, you're telling us you've read these Terms and you agree to them. We've tried to keep the language plain — but it's still a contract, so it pays to skim the whole thing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

Layerseven TV gives you access to a library of live TV channels and on-demand video delivered over the internet (the "IPTV service"). Access is sold on a subscription basis. The available options include:

  • Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscription plans.
  • 1-screen, 2-screen, and multi-screen connection tiers.
  • A short free trial available once per new account.

Channel lineups, on-demand content, and features can vary by region and may change without notice.

3. Account Creation

  • You need a valid email address to create an account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login details safe.
  • Don't share your credentials. Each subscription is for personal household use only.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other people's rights. You may:

  • Stream content on your own devices for personal, non-commercial viewing.
  • Use the service in your household, on the number of simultaneous connections your plan allows.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

  • Share, resell, or hand out your account credentials or any access to the service.
  • Use bots, automated tools, or scripts to access the service.
  • Try to get around any geographic restrictions or security measures.
  • Record, capture, or store content from the service for redistribution.
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
  • Take any action that disrupts or overloads our servers or network.

Breaking these rules will result in immediate account suspension with no refund.

6. Payment & Billing

  • All prices are shown in USD. Local taxes may be added at checkout.
  • Payments are handled by trusted third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, or cryptocurrency). We don't store your card or wallet details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of your purchase date unless you cancel beforehand.
  • We'll send a reminder email before each renewal. It's on you to cancel in time if you don't want to continue.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel any time by reaching out via WhatsApp or our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your access stays active until that period ends.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy. The short version: a money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, within the window stated there. Renewals aren't refundable.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We aren't liable for downtime caused by:

  • Internet connection issues on your side.
  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
  • Events outside our control (force majeure).
  • Channel provider outages or changes to content licensing.

10. Intellectual Property

The content delivered through the service is owned by or licensed to the respective content providers. Layerseven TV doesn't own the broadcast content. The website design, code, branding, and trademarks are the property of Layerseven TV.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Layerseven TV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Layerseven TV, along with its employees and agents, from any claims, damages, or expenses that arise from your breach of these Terms or your use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any dispute should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms whenever needed. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the service after an update, you're accepting the new version.
